Registration

Who can attend?

The World Humanitarian Forum and co-located events are B2B and B2G events.

Can I bring children?

Ticket holders must 16 or older.

How can I register for the show?

Once registered to one event, you will have access to all three co-located events (please note this does not include access into the World Humanitarian Forum).

Registrations are valid for both the 15th and 16th April 2020.

Is the show free to attend?

Our co-located events - Aid & Trade, International Disaster Management Exhibition and Emergency Show are all free to attend.

The World Humanitarian Forum is a paid event and tickets can be purchased here.

When will I receive my entry badge?

Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, containing your personal e-badge. Download it and show it to one of the member of our staff to gain access at the exhibitions.

Can I edit my registration details?

Yes, you can. By logging in to your personal page, you will be able to review and amend your details.

Can I register on arrival at the show?

Yes, you can. Our staff onsite will be happy to assist you with the registration. However, we usually recommend you to pre-register online, in order to save you time at the event and avoid any queue.

Is my registration specific to a day?

No. Once you register, you have access for both days 15th and 16th April 2020.

Travel/Venue/Accommodation

Where can I stay?

There will be a dedicated section on the website with accommodation that we offered at advantageous rates.

Is there a cloak room/baggage storage?

There are two cloakrooms which are open dependent on the event that you are attending.

One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one in the east end on level 0. Cloakrooms are open during show hours.

Is there disability access at the venue?

There is easy disability access and the Venue offers further services, such as wheelchairs hire and disable changing facilities.

Is there wifi at the venue?

ExCeL have free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi' using our standard log in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.

Is there parking?

There are different car parks at the venue. Car parks can be pre-booked and cost £20 for up to 24 hours.

Is there an ATM?

There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Panini Pronto, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6.

There are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express.

Where can I eat and drink?

ExCeL London has over 40 onsite cafés, bars and restaurants, including numerous concessions within the venue itself.

There are restaurants with table-service for more formal dining as well as grab and go option.
